Community Involvement

It is important to us not only to share our music, but also use our music to make positive contributions to our community. We are supporters of Latin American and multiculticultural events. We have also happily participated in fundraisers and community events such as:

 * June 17, 2012: Sangre Morena was happy to support the Vancouver Polish Community in Polish Days, a fundraiser and multicultural event for their parish.
 * May 2, 2012: Sangre Morena was happy to perform for the Rotary Club in their fundraising dinner for Shelter Box International, an agency that delivers emergency shelter, warmth and dignity to people affected by disaster worldwide.
 * On March 3, 2012 Sangre Morena was a sponsor and performer in Dancing with the Richmond Stars, for the benefit of the Richmond Hospice Association.
 * On December 4, 2011 Sangre Morena was happy to perform at the annual Festival del Niño, the Childrens' Festival, Sponsored by Latino Soy 96.1 FM.
